M. David Welch

M. David Welch is an experienced entrepreneur and a veteran of the hospitality software industry. He has led the consistent growth and the team of dedicated professionals of Pyrimont Operating Solutions for over 15 years. He cares deeply about the success of each Pyrimont Customer and works hard to instill that passion across the organization. David not only manages Pyrimont's day-to-day operations but also loves finding time to lend his extensive technical and software development knowledge to his colleagues and contributes to all of Pyrimont's software development efforts.

Prior to co-founding Front End Digital (Pyrimont) in 2000, David established, grew and sold two web-based technology companies and directed the marketing activities for a $35 million division of AT&T. David holds a BS from Indiana University.

Dan Daggett

Daniel DaggettDaniel Daggett has almost two decades of experience in the pizza industry, providing him insight into both store operations and enterprise management. Daniel has worked as a Store GM, POS Coordinator, and Developer. He is at home both in the kitchen as he developing new features and designing new reports.

Melissa Alonso

Melissa Alonso has worked in accounting for over 15 years. She was an Office Manager for a construction company for 13 years. Melissa joined Pyrimont in 2013. She started out on the accounting side and has since also been added onto the production side. Helping manage new store openings. Concerts, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family are a few of the things she enjoys outside of work.

Josh Lake

VP DATA AND SUPPORT SERVICES

Joshua Lake has a background in Business Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Database Administration. Mr. Lake began employment with Pyrimont Operating Solutions in 2010 as a hardware specialist, involving hardware repair and new system setup. During his tenure, he has evolved with the company acquiring new specialized skills in a multifaceted environment, vital to the company’s success and future growth. Mr. Lake has adapted and embraced new technologies which often require role changes and acquiring new skillsets to fill gaps.

Jacob Wright

PROJECT AND TRAINING MANAGER

Jacob Wright is a graduate of the School of Informatics at IUPUI. He is originally from Evansville and is now living and working in Indianapolis at Pyrimont. Hiking, camping, and the general outdoors are a few of his hobbies balanced by an interest in computers, video games, and technology. Jacob values the creative enhancement of the user experience while also coordinating the integration of Pyrimont features.
